So

Well
help you choose the right product
The main product used in signwriting is adhesive vinyl
of which there are three main grades;
Promotional - used mainly
for short term (6-12 mths) applications that have a
very flat surface i.e Real Estate signs, window graphics
Intermediate - used for
medium term (2-5 yr) applications that have mainly flat
or slightly curved surfaces i.e. Simple vehicle graphics
on glass or flat panels, building signs, labels
High
Performance - Longer term (5-7yr) applications for flat,
simple or complex curves i.e. Vehicle graphics and vehicle wraps,
exposed building signs, specialty signage
There are a range of substrates we use but here are a few examples;
ACM - Aluminium Composite Material,
two sheets of Aluminium with a Plastic core, very long life, can
be cut to size, folded and routered to shape
Acrylic - used for many different
applications involving illumination or folded for brochure holders
Corflute - inexpensive promotional
grade product used extensively for real estate signs
As
with vinyl, some are used for promotional purposes and some for
a more higher performance purpose.
'Right
product for the right application anything else involves
a compromise'
You
can rely on our Pricing
We have tried and tested many types of materials over the years
to find what we like, to eliminate any returns. Some companies
will give you a price that is significantly cheaper than others
and say that its on quality materials. The truth is that
in the majority of situations, we all use the same suppliers and
the margins are much the same across the industry. So cheaper
price, 9 times out of 10, means cheaper grade product is being
used. If you want a cheaper option than the recommended proposal,
then we are happy to provide this. However this will mean we will
need to use a cheaper grade material resulting in a lesser quality
product and shorter life span. Our intention is to make you
money with your signs and have you as a business
partner for more than just one sale, so well always recommend
the best option for your requirements.
How
we Quote
When people come to us for a quote we apply this system; Wheres
it going, What will it look like and Whats the budget.
Using these summary questions well then spend time understanding
your requirements, ask a bunch of other questions and then design
a solution that works. Seems simple but there is a lot of experience
and knowledge to back that process up and our finished product
will speak for itself.
It
doesn't finish there though, we want to remain competitive and
work with you, so if you have multiple quotes for a job, we're
happy to run through them with you to make sure that what we have
quoted is 'apples for apples' with the other quotes. As I've said
above 'cheap' usually means cheap materials and we are more than
happy to help you recognise the difference.
River
Citys portfolio, reassuring manner and can do attitude
was the main reason why they won the contract. It all came
down to a matter of confidence. From day one we were on
the same page and this made a very rewarding and productive
relationship

River
City Signs is highly recommended to our retailers. We have
found their service to our company and the retail client
to be of exceptional standard. In a most recent case a retailer
commented that of three suppliers contacted the interest
shown by River City Signs in both presentation and desire
to meet this customers requirement was superior
